What’s funny is I asked A.I. about a quality insurance company in West Knoxville that provided a low, but quality insurance rate. A.I. directed me immediately to Jared Hall from State Farm! In today’s world, we are moving to an A.I. culture and for me I IMMEDIATELY wrote down their number and contacted them. My call was answered by Grace, whom was amazing! She was patient and answered all my questions with detailed knowledge. It was so smooth and in less than 15 minutes I obtained insurance for my vehicle that was in my price range and was QUALITY. She didn’t try to upsell, but provided the necessary information that made me feel confident in her explanations, which for me personally were as accurate as you could be. THANK YOU GRACE!!!
